I know, I know – it’s a love it or hate it kind of film. But the PM wandering up and down the streets of Wandsworth looking for Natalie on Christmas Eve – what’s more romantic than that?

This movie is hilarious and sweet and so, so romantic. And Grandma Elsie is adorable, cheering on Jack and Lucy. She’s a true romantic.

What’s more romantic than sharing your first kiss in the snow at Christmastime, wearing only a jumper and your knickers?
2. When Harry Met Sally
My fave romcom of all time, this isn’t technically a holiday movie BUT (spoiler alert) they finally admit they’re in love on New Year’s Eve after Harry has run half-way across New York. Swoon!
1. The Holiday
Even without Christmas, this is one of my fave movies. That moment when Iris and Miles kiss for the first time in the theatre, and neither can believe their luck – perfection!
